Winter Warmth: Renew & replenish your Spirit is a heart-based workshop inspired by Systemic Family Constellations & Art Therapy for immersive rest, creative expression, and connection to inner light.

We will access gentle and empowering tools such as ritual, art therapy, sound healing with crystal singing bowls, and guided meditation to support you as we move into the holiday season & prepare to close the cycle of this year.

All levels of experience welcome.

All supplies are provided, and you are invited to bring a personal journal and dress for comfort.
