Space to Share Your Work at Sacred Circle

I'm currently looking for one additional practitioner or creative professional to share space at Sacred Circle Healing Arts Studio on a part-time, consistent basis. Located on 13th Avenue in Regina's Cathedral neighbourhood, the studio offers a warm, home-like environment for quiet, intentional work.

The Space

The rental includes access to the entire studio during your scheduled hours, including:

• A dedicated session room with a massage table

• A cozy living room for conversation and client sessions

• A bright art studio with workspace for creative practices

• A peaceful third-floor meditation space

• Onsite laundry facilities

The space may be a good fit for wellness practitioners, counsellors, helping professionals, artists, and makers who are looking for an established and welcoming place to offer their work. It's particularly well suited to individual sessions, small-scale creative work, meditation, somatic practices, energy healing, and other quiet, intentional activities.

Rental Details

$422 per month for 12 hours per week (approximately 48 hours per month). That works out to less than $9 per hour! Rental hours are arranged on a consistent weekly schedule, with the possibility of additional hours at an adjusted monthly rate. You'll have access to the entire studio during your booked time.

The studio is currently shared by myself and one other practitioner. My intention is to keep it a quiet, welcoming environment rather than a high-traffic rental facility. The arrangement is best suited to someone looking for an ongoing home for their practice rather than occasional hourly bookings.

The space is shared with care and respect, with the understanding that rooms are used as-is and reset after each session. Please note that the studio is located on the second and third floors of a historic building and is accessible by stairs only.

Interested in Sharing the Space?

If you've been looking for an affordable, welcoming space to grow your work in the heart of Cathedral, I'd love to hear from you! You're invited to reach out with a little information about your work, how you'd like to use the space, and your general availability. From there, we can explore whether the arrangement might be a good fit and arrange a viewing.
