Part-Time Studio Space Rental NOW AVAILABLE!

I’m currently looking for one practitioner to share my studio space on a part-time, consistent basis.

This is a 12-hour per week rental (approximately 48 hours per month), scheduled as a consistent weekly time block. There is also the option to arrange additional weekly hours at a higher monthly rate if you need more than 12 hours/week.

The studio is a warm, home-like environment designed to support quiet, intentional work. It includes a dedicated treatment room with a massage table, a carpeted attic space that works well for meditation or one-on-one sessions, a cozy living room for client arrival or integration, and a small art-making area. Laundry is also available onsite.

This space is best suited for practitioners offering 1:1 or very small-scale sessions, such as massage therapy, somatic work, counselling, energy healing, art therapy, or meditation-based practices.

As I also run my own practice from the space, some times are already in use. The available rental is for one consistent weekly block, arranged collaboratively to support both schedules.

The intention is to share the space with care and respect. The studio is used as-is, with the understanding that it is reset after each session.

Rent is $333 per month.
